Advisory
- Children from 8 years and older are welcome.
- Parents with children between 8 and 12 years old will be required to book a private game vehicle.
- Children between 8 and 12 years stay at 50% of RACK.
- As our lodges are in wildlife areas, children should be under the care of a parent/guardian at all times.

- 8 suites (2 rooms are interleading) consisting of luxury twin bedded rooms with en-suite Victorian style bathroom, an outside shower and a private spacious lounge.
- For your convenience hairdryers, shaving plugs and bathrobes are standard.
- All suites are fitted with ceiling fans and mosquito nets.
- A private mini-bar will ensure your comfort during an afternoon siesta.
- The Kalahari Manor can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests in total privacy and exclusivity, which includes a private guide activities, chef and services.

Dietary requirements
Please inform our reservations of any special dietary requirements and we will do our utmost to oblige. Breakfast buffet, light lunch, afternoon cake and tea and dinner. Depending on the season, some of the vegetables will be our own organic crop, home-grown in one of our vegetable gardens
Drinking water
Tap water is available for drinking. However we also offer bottled water for those guest who prefer it.
Electricity
The electricity is generator supplied, and runs 5 hours per day.
The rooms have 24 hour lighting.

Emergency Items
If you have left behind or run out of an essential item, please ask the manager who will have a supply of most essential items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving kit, deodorant and the like. Each suite is equipped with a hairdryer.

Gratuities
If you are well satisfied with the service you have received, any gratuity that you may wish to leave for the staff will be greatly appreciated. We pool all these gifts of appreciation and divide them equally. This is entirely at your discretion. Any currency is acceptable but please note that local banks do not change foreign coins.
Immigration formalities and visa requirements
Please contact the relevant authorities to confirm current visa requirements and to ensure that travel documents are in order for the countries travelled through to get to us. It is important to ensure that arrival and departure times coincide with border times.
Laundry
If you have laundry please place it with the laundry list into the laundry bag. Weather permitting it will be returned to you the same day. Laundry is complimentary and part of our service.

Anti-malaria tablets are advisable all year round. We recommend you check with your physician for prophylaxis advice. Mosquito repellent sprays are provided, and we recommend that long sleeves and pants are worn in the evenings and early mornings.
Safe keeping
Each suite is equipped with a lockable safe in which valuables can be stored.
